I was born in Estonia when it was still part of the USSR.

From the age of 12, I developed a deep interest in martial arts, natural medicine and Asian spiritual traditions, especially Daoism.

I began training in martial arts at 13, focusing on boxing, and went on to become a multiple-time national champion throughout my teenage years..

At 18, I moved to Asia, where I travelled extensively; training and pursing professional fighting career and often visiting temples to explore Asian traditional mediation practices.

In 2010 I moved to Australia, where I got involved in international Buddhist conferences and starting a China trade consulting business specialising in high-quality health products.

At 24, I began studying Qigong and Chinese martial arts, disciplines that were not available in Estonia during my youth. This pursuit led me to seek out teachers across Australia, New Zealand, China, Malaysia, and Singapore.

Since early 2023, I have been studying in person with Damo Mitchell at his Bali School for 6 months per year. He is the best teacher by far in the internal arts and studying with him has been greatly rewarding.

I am also a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine and have great love for nature and gardening : )
