內功 NeiGong, or the "Internal Arts" is about building Qi ( 氣 Chi/Energy ) & using the Qi as a bridge to cross deeper within to find out who we are under the surface.
NeiGong is an alchemical practice that initiates an energetic process, which has a great effect on our physical and mental health.. but goes much deeper.

NEIGONG refers to a journey inwards, QIGONG is one of the tools/practices used for the journey, QI is the fuel for the tools.

Suitable for beginners or those seeking to deepen their practice.

Expect mild discomfort from training - it takes a bit of effort to open the body :) not all QiGong is soft and comfy, but by the end of the day you should feel energised and motivated! If you have any specific injuries or ailments, postures can be modified.
