NeiGong is the journey inwards. It is a transformative system of alchemical energetic work. Stemming from ancient Daoist sages, it uses tools such as QiGong to help you along the journey of discovering who you are beneath the surface.

Without Qi, QiGong can only affect the physical and mental aspect of ourselves. Whilst not difficult, it takes time and the right methods to access and build this type of cultivated Qi.
